What it is
A return-to-craft ritual, in glass.
Chivitchiva's Refill Program is a closed-loop exchange for our apothecary vessels. When a bottle or jar of bath soak, body oil, or botanical mist is empty, you send it back. We wash, sanitize, and refill it in our Sayulita atelier — never recycling it downcycled, never letting it leave the family of glass we made it in.
Every refill returns you a 25% credit toward your next order, and ships from the same coastal atelier where the vessel was first poured. The program is founder-led by Mariana Quintero, tied to direct-trade sourcing across 22 farms in Jalisco, Oaxaca, and Nayarit, and verified by an internal impact audit each January.
It is not a marketing promise. It is a way of working — one we have practiced since 2017, long before it was fashionable to claim.

Begin with any of our 38 refill-eligible SKUs — bath soaks, body oils, mists, serums. All ship in our signature apothecary glass, designed to be refilled, not recycled.

Enjoy the ritual at your own pace. When the last drop is gone, rinse the vessel once with warm water and let it air-dry, label-side up. No scrubbing, no soap needed.

Return the empty.
Request a return label from your account dashboard. Domestic orders over $80 ship free with our carbon-offset courier. We sanitize and refill every vessel in-house at the Sayulita atelier.
